This will be first February on record for Los Angeles County that the high temperature did not reach 70 degrees since records have been kept going back to 1877 (141 years) temp reached 69 degrees on Feb. 12.

According to records, this February has been the coldest since 1962. LA is expected to receive less than a quarter of an inch of rain, while the Central Coast could see up to an inch of precipitation through Thursday, according to forecasters. We will probably not feel the brunt of the storm like our neighbors to the north.
